Wellbore Capital, LLC is an investment company targeting experienced Oil & Gas operators who are seeking investment capital to expand their business through the drill bit and/or the acquire and exploit model.  Wellbore professionals have vast experience in Oil & Gas property valuations, reserve determination, property trades, product marketing, well operations, finance and other facets of the Oil & Gas industry that can be employed to quickly evaluate a proposal or provide advice to our partner companies.  Wellbore views itself as an "industry partner" who remains a partner not a potential competitor.

Wellbore's preferred model is to invest in direct Oil & Gas property interests alongside its partners.  This strategy benefits both parties from its industry standard simplicity.  The operator retains full control of its business and equity as well as the project under consideration.  As a working interest partner, an exit strategy for our partner in a few short years is not required.  We consider a multi-year or multi-project plan a plus. Investment levels up to $10M per project are preferred; however, projects of any size will be evaluated and considered.
