Mr. Hudson has twenty seven plus years of petroleum engineering, finance and management experience in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on the daily management of operations, administration and engineering of an independent oil and gas producer that held interest in more than 3000 wells. Mr. Hudson was responsible for the engineering and compilation of purchase offers, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, and interactions with financial institutions relating to the acquisition of oil and gas properties valued in excess of $250mm. He has provided expert witness testimony to regulatory agencies, in state district court, and in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Hudson most recently served as vice president and director of Hyperion Resources, Inc. and Helios Capital Management. He has held positions as President of Pecos Resource Corporation, Principle in Hudson, Ball and Hopson, Inc., First Vice President of MBank Dallas, and production engineer with Amoco Production Company prior to forming Wellbore Capital L.L.C. Mr. Hudson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
Mr. Terracio has twenty nine plus years of petroleum evaluation and engineering expertise, the focus of which has been conducting and supervising interdisciplinary geologic and engineering studies and performing economic analysis for both onshore and offshore properties throughout the world. He has prepared studies of unconventional reservoirs throughout the United States, such as the shale plays of the Appalachian, Arkoma, Fort Worth and Michigan basins. He has also evaluated the performance and recovery of numerous coal bed methane projects in the Appalachian, Black Warrior, Powder River and San Juan basins. His expertise in evaluating domestic properties for sale or purchase includes electronic data acquisition, reserve estimation, oil and gas production forecasting, and economic evaluation. He has served as an expert witness on numerous occasions in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. He is also an expert on SEC compliance issues and has taught several classes on SEC compliance. He has performed numerous evaluations for financial institutions that have invested capital in the energy sector through the acquisition of assets or companies, direct working interest in drilling programs and prospects, private equity, volumetric production payments and project financing. Mr. Terracio spent the majority of his career with Degolyer and MacNaughton, most recently serving as a Director, Senior Vice President and Manager of their Houston office. Prior to joining Degolyer and MacNaughton he held various positions with Phillips Petroleum and Cabot Corporation. Mr. Terracio graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering with a petroleum engineering specialty and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
